Roles

Three role types are provided for people.

  1. Admin - Admins have the privileges to administer all configuration settings for an org, including which people may access
  • Staff - Staff are involved with delivering the services that an organization provides. For example, doctors, nurses and administrators have staff roles at a healthcare provider organization. A staff member of an App Organization is involved with developing the solutions provided to provider organizations. Staff roles are not expected to be filled for jurisdiction organizations
  • User - Users are the receivers of the services being delivered by the provider organizations. In a healthcare context, this is a patient or friends and families of patients. In a financial services context it is a customer, account holder, home owner, landlord, etc. User roles are not expected to be filled for jurisdiction organizations.
